Do you offer wholesale? - Unfortunately, River Nomad does not offer wholesale to other companies/brands.
How do I know my purchase is confirmed? - Once purchased, you will get an email confirmation. (Please check your junk mail folder as this email sometimes ends up there). If you haven't received an order confirmation email, please let us know as soon as possible to email@example.com
How can I use a gift voucher/promo code? - After you have added all the items to your card, please go to proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Can I find River Nomad stocked in any shops? - Unfortunately, we don't have any stockists as we are purely an online store. If you have any question, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org -. We are here to help!
Will you be restocking "sold out" items? - Yay! We will restock as soon as possible. If you want to purchase an item that is sold out, send us an email to email@example.com

Where do you currently ship to? - At the moment we are just delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
Does River Nomad offer free shipping? - Yay! For Australia we do offer free shipping in order over $199-. For purchased under $99, we offer a flat rate shipping for $10. For New Zealand, we offer a free shipping in orders over $199.
How can I track my order? - When dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order here.
How long will it take to receive my order? - (Australia) Your parcel will be sent via Australia Post, which generally takes between 2 - 7 business days to get to you.
Do you offer express shipping? - (Australia) You also have the option to get it within 1-2 business days using express post for $15
When will my order be shipped out? - All orders will be sent out between Tuesday and Friday. If you purchase your order during the weekend, it will be shipped on Tuesday morning. We try to ship all the orders as soon as possible. That’s means the following business day of your purchase. 🤍

Wrong product sent/faulty goods? - In the rare instance you receive the wrong item or a faulty product, please inform us as soon as possible and we shall send the correct goods immediately once notified. We shall also include a pre-paid returns envelope for you to send back the incorrect item or refund your returns postage cost up to the cost of our standard delivery charges. For faulty goods we will either replace the item or offer a full refund once we have received back the faulty item.
Can I change my mind? - We do not offer returns for change of mind, so please make sure this is a piece that you'll love. However, if you do change your mind, let us know as soon as possible. If we didn't shipped your order yet, we might we able to make a change for you.
