River Nomad has been spreading its pieces all over the world since July 2020.
Having shipped more than 11.800 pieces of handmade jewellery crafted by our hardworking team, we pride ourselves on our quality and keep working every day to improve our customers' experience.
We are happy to welcome you to the River Nomad tribe!
WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
MINIMUM ORDER
We offer a discount of 50% for our stockists. Minimums indicated here are after the discount is applied:
• Minimum first order: $600 (AUD)
• Minimum subsequent orders: $400 (AUD)
You can order one piece of each design/size as long as the total order meets the wholesale threshold.
*Prices are in Australian Dollars, for other countries please consider the equivalent amount in your currency.
ORDERING
All wholesale orders have to be placed on our website: 100% online. You can choose between our available payments methods such as Afterpay, Paypal or Credit Card.
PACKAGING
Each River Nomad piece comes in its own canvas bag with our logo printed on it.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Wholesale orders will be prepared and shipped out in a range of 2-4 business days.
We offer Free Express Shipping for Australian wholesale orders. For international orders please find the rate at checkout.
WHOLESALE REFUNDS
River Nomad will always ensure all jewels are carefully checked before being sent out, it is the customer's responsibility to check their order upon delivery.
River Nomad does not offer refunds for "change of mind", so please make sure you choose carefully. If the goods are faulty or not true to design, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order, we will replace the items or issue a store credit.
LAW THAT APPLIES
Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according to the laws of Queensland.
