If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

This ring is everything I hoped for. I was hoping for a lot of copper, a lot of pinks, the perfect amount of blues. When I opened the package the stone I received blew me away! I bought this for myself as a retirement present and now it’s become one of my most prized possessions. It’s just so beautiful you should see it IRL.
Its so hard to find rings in my size but the sizing at River Nomad is perfect. Love the ring but I can honestly say am a little disappointed in the colouring. The ad was a smokey even mix of vlue gold and pink, my ring arrived garishly pink with a chunk of blue, no nice even mix like in the ad. If not for the colouring I'd give 5 stars.
