If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

So very happy with the Navajo Turquoise Statement Ring. The turquoise is beautiful. This is a large weighty ring and sits well-balanced on the finger. The silver work is stunning.
The only problem is I purchased it as my Christmas present and it is killing me every time I see it. I just can’t wait till Christmas morning to wear it!!!

I purchased the Navajo Turquoise Statement ring and it is as beautiful as it was in the sales pictures. The quality of stone and silver craftsmanship is perfect! When I ordered the ring I realised soon after that I had ordered the wrong size. I messaged River Nomad and told them about my mistake and they corrected it for me… how lovely!
