If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

I love rings like this and had my eye on the Navajo Turquoise Statement Ring for awhile before I made the purchase and I’m so glad I did because it’s even more beautiful than the photo - the colours in the stone are gorgeous with the sterling silver design complimenting it perfectly, and I receive SO many compliments whenever I wear it. I purchased the Navajo Turquoise Statement ring and it is as beautiful as it was in the sales pictures. The quality of stone and silver craftsmanship is perfect! When I ordered the ring I realised soon after that I had ordered the wrong size. I messaged River Nomad and told them about my mistake and they corrected it for me… how lovely!
