Shipping within Australia:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $99 via Australia Post. 

For orders under $99, you can choose between:

- Standard shipping: $10 / 3-7 business days

- Express shipping: $15 / 1-3 business days

Shipping to New Zealand:

Free Express Shipping for all orders over $199 via Australia Post.

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 via Australia Post.

For orders under $150, you can choose between:

- Standard shipping: $20 / 6-12 business days

- Express shipping: $35 / 3-5 business days. 

Shipping to United States:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 via Australia Post.

For orders under $150, you can choose between:

- Standard shipping: $20 / 10-18 business days

Express shipping: $36 / 7-12 business days.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $150 via Australia Post.

For orders under $150, you can choose between:

- Standard shipping: $25 / 6 to 27 business days

- Express shipping: $40 / 7-12 business days.

 *Please Note: Once your order has left the warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address or contents in the order. River Nomad is not responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address was provided, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'. 

Please always refer to the sizing information provided for the product before making a purchase. In case you receive the product and it doesn't match your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange. However, please note that this reason alone is not valid for requesting a refund, as it is clearly stated in the product description before purchase.
