If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

Of the three rings i brought, this is my favourite, although it fits the finger i brought it for (size guide spot on) i felt it looked a bit small on my finger, no problem though i have swapped placement and i feel it compliments my moonstone ring in just the right way. Very happy

Lovely wee ring. Spinner works well. Feels very comfortable to wear. Flowers were quite lightly engraved and were a little hard to see which was a wee bit disappointing. Silver was lovely.

Lovely ring and awesome customer service
I've been looking for a spinner ring for awhile, but others seemed too delicate. The flowers spinner ring is extremely well made and I don't feel like I need to be worried about it in my daily life.
The ring was exactly as pictured I found the sizing a little inaccurate though I ordered up in size because of its width but it’s still really a tight fit considering it’s 2 sizes up from what I would normally wear for a standard width ring
