If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

My ring it's very beautifully made, solid and great sizing. The quality is amazing. My only issue and I guess it's my fault for not reading the description properly is that the colour is very different from the picture. Mine looks more greenish and not the bright blue I was hoping for. It does remind me a bit of the ocean so I still like it but will be more careful to read the descriptions if I purchase again

For starters the ring itself is absolutely stunning and of fantastic quality both stone and finishes with the metalwork. The sizing guides were perfect and as a result my ring fits exactly as it should. Lastly the customer service and packages is second to none! An amazing gift if you are thinking of giving as a gift you will not be disappointed! Even comes with a small polishing cloth! Will definitely be back for more styles!

Its beautiful, just wish ring sizing was universal, was smaller than expected. Sized my finger with a ring measurer from a NZ jeweller and the ring was 2 sizes smaller.
