If you have ordered the incorrect size, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange. In this case, the cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer and we will send the new order with free shipping. This only applies for order within Australia and New Zealand.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Unfortunately, River Nomad does not refund in the case of 'change of mind'.

Just as picture though measurements were out. I measured to a size 8 but had to exchange it for a 9 which I waiting for the delivery. I think because it’s a wide ring you may need to go up a size. I didn’t get to wear the size 8 so I can’t comment on it

I just love all your rings I have a collection now , the only thing with this ring is it looks like it has some black taint to it in the ribbing when it is all silver . ,Love it still though .

Can I get the Nilo ring in a size 8.5?
Unfortunately we don't do half sizes. However because the ring is very wide, we recommend you to get it a bit bigger. A size 9 will definitely fit better
